This policy covers how Hero Panel treats personal information that Hero Panel collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Hero Panel products and services. Hero Panel collects personal information when you register with us, when you use our products or services and when you visit our pages. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address and password, directly or through your social login provider. When you register with Hero Panel and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
If you have a paid account, we will also ask for you credit card information. With the exception of the last four digits of the current billing card, this information will NOT be stored on our servers, it will be passed directly to a third party payment service, which will analyze and charge credit cards on our behalf. Any credit card information submitted through Hero Panel adopts SSL standards for cryptographic safety measures, this data is submitted directly to our payment partner and does not go through our servers.
Hero Panel automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address and Hero Panel cookie information. Hero Panel uses information for the following general purposes: to customize your usage of our website, store application data, improvement our services, contact you, conduct research, we may also provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
The data you provide to Hero Panel is stored in a database. Although we follow standard procedures to make this database secure and reliable, these services may suffer fault, outage or data loss. To prevent this, we perform backups regularly of all of our data. In case of a failure, data will be restored to the previous point when the last backup was made.
You can edit your Hero Panel Account Information at any time. You can also modify information you have provided to Hero Panel through the Hero Panel products or services you may use.

Hero Panel may set and access Hero Panel cookies on your computer. Once you log into Hero Panel on your device, Hero Panel may recognize your device to provide you with a personalized experience, independent of your device settings. You can delete your Hero Panel account by accessing this link. For security reasons, this deletion does not remove the account completely, but deactivates it fully, as user will not be able to log in again and no communication will be sent to the user. Eventually we will clear deactivated accounts, these account's data will be completely erased and there will no further personal information of the user into our databases. If you registered on our newsletters through a different method other than creating an account, deleting your account might not remove your e-mail from all of Hero Panel's newsletters. You might still receive offers and information about our service until you unsubscribe using the link provided within these messages.
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
Hero Panel may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Hero Panel account or by placing a notice on our website.
